Delete your account
You can delete your Solvit account and its data at any time, without giving a reason. There are two ways.
1. From the app
- Open Solvit and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
2. By email
Send a message to gus@solvit.fun from the email address registered on the account, with the subject Delete my account and your username in the body. We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you signed in with Google or Apple and are unsure which email is linked to the account, write anyway with your username and we will find it.
Changed your mind?
Deletion only becomes permanent after 30 days, and you can cancel it at any point before then. Sign in again with the same login: Solvit tells you how many days remain and asks whether you want to restore the account or go ahead with the deletion. Restoring brings back your streak, XP, rank, titles and essays exactly as they were.
If you would rather go ahead with it, choose that option, or simply never sign in again. Opening the app cancels nothing on its own.
What gets erased
- Email address, phone number, username, display name and profile picture.
- Your essays and the photos of handwritten essays you submitted.
- Your answer history, bookmarked questions and study path.
- XP, streak, PDL, MMR, rank, titles and leaderboard position.
- Your followers and the people you follow.
- Your suggestions, comments and submitted reports.
- Your Firebase authentication credentials.
What we keep, and for how long

Deletion is permanent. Essays, history, rank and titles cannot be recovered once it completes. If you want a copy of your data first, request portability by email before asking for deletion.
